What: Selah leadership/Resilience Retreat

Join Us To co-create a new paradigm.

Create without Possessing — Act without Expecting — Guide without Interference

Our Mission: With nature as our greatest resource and guide, The Greater Mercy Foundation provides educational, experiential, and transformational opportunities for the mind, body, and spirit.

Our Vision: In partnership and collaboration with our community, we provide programs and services that support mental wellbeing and cultivate courageous leaders.

Selah Retreat Project: With our partner, John Knox Ranch, The Greater Mercy Foundation offers Selah, a pause and retreat to co-create and contribute to a new paradigm that values sustainable systems and honors reciprocal relationships. As a community leader, we hope you will join this circle of practitioners to help define and develop a new system and framework for living and serving. But first, we will hold you gently and safely so that you can replenish and rest in the natural landscape of the John Knox campus. Then together, we will begin to imagine a new way of leading and serving that respects our personal and relational capacities.

Selah is a call to pause and an opportunity to consider another way of being and leading based on the foundational values of sustainability, mutuality, and resiliency.
