Yoga for Girls
Yoga for Girls is back – now with newly developed curriculum for 4th and 5th grade! Learning to practice mindfulness through movement will help cultivate the ability to respond to what life presents instead of reacting. What a difference that will make as they move into their teen years! Working with youth is my greatest passion so I’m thrilled for another opportunity to share these valuable tools. This 6-week series begins on Thursday, 1/31 from 3:30-4:30 pm at Open Space. More info below. Register early for a discount, and feel free to share and help spread the word!
